Default hidden catalog behavior, approval controls, customer groups and customer-specific exceptions.

Open catalog visibility
By default, items, plans, bundles and pricing rules are internal. Customer portal visibility must be explicitly opened to all customers, selected groups, selected customers, campaign windows or secure offers.
